With almost 20 years of experience, Adam advises entrepreneurs and business owners on financial matters ranging from tax-efficient profit extraction to investment planning. His “What’s Your Magic Number?” modelling exercise helps owners understand what they need from a business exit, and when, to create the time and financial security to truly maximise life for themselves and their families. Adam is a qualified as a financial adviser and Stockbroker, his business Rhodes Wealth management manages assets of approximately £750m.

Debra has been practicing for over 30 years as a corporate solicitor and heads up the Geldards Corporate practice in the Midlands. She specialises in a range of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, disposals, private equity deals, transitions to employee ownership, joint venture investments and shareholder arrangements. Transitioning the ownership of businesses is a regular feature of Debra’s work, either to a third party by way of a sale, or to a management team through a Management Buy Out, or to employees by transition to an Employee Ownership Trust. She is often heralded by former clients as the “ must have “ calm guiding voice to help get business owners through the ups and downs of their exit and come out the other side still intact.
