One team, nothing left to chance
Neale Lewis, Adam Rhodes and Debra Martin: one team covering growth, money and law, so nothing about your exit is left to chance.
How we work together
Three things that shape how this team operates, not just what it does.
Meet the team
Real experience, three specialists, one team.
Neale Lewis
Spends his time on the growth levers that increase a company's valuation: strategic direction, building a high-performing culture, and reducing how much the business depends on its founder. Guides owners through setting a deal vision, preparing for due diligence, and running the sale itself.
Adam Rhodes
Advises on tax-efficient profit extraction and runs the "What's Your Magic Number?" exercise, so you know what you actually need from a sale well before you're negotiating one.
Debra Martin
Handles the legal side of the deal directly: mergers and acquisitions, disposals, private equity transactions, and ownership transitions including third-party sales, management buyouts and Employee Ownership Trusts.
We guide founders through the most important deal of their lives with clarity and confidence, not jargon and guesswork.
That means preparing you early, protecting your interests throughout, and helping you unlock the full value of what you've built, so you exit on your own terms, not whatever terms you're offered first.
Where we work
Exit Advisory Team works across the East Midlands and, by referral, the rest of the UK.
Who we help
Founders, CEOs and owners running a business with £5M–£100M in revenue, usually 1 to 3 years before an exit, who want an advisor rather than a broker.
